I'm a co-organizer for a half-day symposium on the topic, "Why Liturgy?" We'll be exploring such questions as: Does the Church need (traditional) liturgy today? What does it have to offer us? What can we learn from its history? We'll hear a variety of key-note and TED-style talks and participate in a guided (instructional) liturgy, too.

This symposium is a joint venture of the Ancient-Future Faith Network, Coram Deo International, and Renovatus Church.

    Please plan to join us!

Medieval artists and mystics give us a gift in their creative works that express the soul’s yearning for God. During today’s program we will learn how their spirituality can enrich our walk of faith. We’ll look at some works of art and the writings of such mystics as Walter Hilton and Julian of Norwich. The program includes exercises that help us reflect on how medieval spirituality can meet our own.

This one-day retreat takes place on the beautiful grounds of The Rock Hill Oratory, which include a labyrinth and chapel.

New subscribers will receive a free download of my new e-book, 7 Ways the Ancient Church Saved My Faith.
